CCD Mushroom Farm is a Southern California based grower and distributor of Shiitake and Oyster mushrooms. Primus GFS Certified.
CCD Mushroom Farm is a subdivision of KTL Mushroom Corp. It is located in the northern part of San Diego County about fifty miles north of San Diego.
This farm has a growing area of 38,400 square meters, producing all year-round. Grown in controlled temperature and environmental houses the farm grows Shiitake and Oyster mushrooms.

I was surprised at this mushroom box because it produced several times more mushrooms than we could eat so we put them in the food dryer a very nice project for children.
Was curious the process of growing own mushrooms. This may it WAY easier and interesting. Did this with my son and he like checking on it over the next 10 days as they grew. Was able to harvest them and they were delicious!
